I have a little tradition when Trev's on night shift. I turn on one of those awesome movies that he doesn't like to watch and then start a project that never gets finished (y'know, like taking all my craft stuff out of the cupboards and scattering it willy-nilly around his tv room, rearranging the furniture and then NOT putting my craft stuff back into it - or hauling out all the clothes from our closet to chuck anything that doesn't fit and then not hanging them back up for several days. Y'know, stuff like that, he looooves it!)
So now my dilemma is.... do I watch "The Phantom of the Opera " (mmmmm Gerard Butler), "Sabrina", "Pride and Prejudice" or "Sense and Sensibility"?
I'm thinking for next week's veiwing pleasure I need to chat up some friends about borrowing some gooders - I'm thinking "PS I love you" or "The Boyfriend School"? Hmm, now I'm thinking there needs to be a movie night at my place.

made me laugh...
I was sub-ing in the 3/4 year old class in church on Sunday when the prettiest little girl told me she had two things to ask me. First, she wanted to know where Josh was and why he wasn't in class. I explained that he wasn't old enough yet and he is still in Nursery. Her next question was not so easily answered. "Why do I smell chicken nuggets?" I have no idea, Chelsea, NO IDEA!

the why
So I haven't been posting. There's a reason, but it's not a very interesting one. I used to use Taylor's nap time to blog and read blogs and watch movies with Josh. Now I'm using that time to exercise. I still read blogs by setting up my laptop on a tv tray beside me and scrolling though my "bookmarks" while using my recumbent bike, but it's really not conducive to typing. Nor is the kid on my lap. I've also been doing alot more "free reading".
James Patterson, "Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas" - you should read it.
