who sings that song?

So, I can't seem to get this guy's music out of my head since I watched this video on someone else's blog a couple months ago. If it gets stuck in your head like it's stuck in mine - sorry (but not really).

By the way, if you drop by my house unexpectedly and hear this song blaring through my open windows - DO NOT, under any circumstances, peek in my windows. You will not like what you see. This song gives me an unquenchable need to shake m' thang. It's not pretty. Okay, in the interest of full disclosure... I sing along too. Loudly. Taylor frequently tugs on my shirt and gives me that look - you know, the one that asks "who sings this song? Justin Nozuka? why don't we let him sing it, okay?"

PS (I keep coming back to add things!) I love it when he sings about his "skills". Makes me laugh.

Okay, I'll spill the beans - the secret to my "world famous" sour-cream-and-onion pasta sauce. 3 ingredients people: butter and onions (saute, then turn off the pan and mix in) .... ready for it.... sour cream (you can add a little salt too). Ya, it's good and impossibly easy. Last night I did a sour-cream-onion-and-spinach sauce. Can you guess the ingredients?!?
